Alexander’s journey began on the field and in the gym, where athletics shaped his early life. But over the years, fitness became something deeper—a way to overcome adversity, find clarity, and connect with something greater than himself.
After years of competing and training, Alexander realized that physical strength means little without inner peace and mental focus. This sparked his mission to build a training program that not only transforms the body but also restores the mind and spirit.
He founded Bear Rilla Lion Personal Training with a simple philosophy:

Certifications and Credentials
Alexander is an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer (International Sports Sciences Association) and is in the process of renewing and expanding his credentials. His training also draws from real-world experience in competitive sports, functional movement, CrossFit, and holistic wellness practices.
